*During closed hours, Japanese operators are available only for urgent issues related to safety, such as gas smell, gas not turning on, etc.

Our Customer Center uses an automatic voice service. Once you hear the recording, please press '7'. An operator will speak to you in Japanese, but if you respond in English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish or Portuguese, a three-way call between you, an interpreter and the operator will be set up.
