*During closed hours, Japanese operators are available only for urgent issues related to safety, such as gas smell, gas not turning on, etc.

At the Customer Center, we provide automatic voice services to provide information. If you wait without pressing any buttons after the voice prompt, you can speak in English or Chinese via an interpreter, or we will connect you to an operator who can speak English. Once you are connected to the operator, please tell us whether you would prefer English or Chinese.
Please note that English and Chinese three-way calls are available only between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
