FY2015 results Evaluation
Promotion of human rights compliance management
  • Provided level-specific and other workshops and training sessions to equip every employee of the Tokyo Gas Group to "respect human rights" and "contribute to the creation of a vibrant workplace" (7,983 participants).
  • Trained new human rights promotion leaders for each workplace, and provided follow-on training for current leaders to enhance their ability to lead workplace training as well as to handle consultations (280 participants).
  • Established human rights advisory service desks both within and outside the company to address human rights issues in the workplace, and provided the service (56 cases handled).
  • March: Held workshops on LGBT issues to address new human rights issues (350 participants).
  • March: Signed the UN Global Compact and declared our commitment to the compact's principles on human rights.
